As the Founder & Director of Zion Healing Academy, Zion Vocational Rehab, Personal Care Agency, and Weah Agency Financial and Tax Services along with other developing ventures, he leads with a commitment to excellence, purposeful growth, and meaningful community advancement.

With an extensive background in business development, financial services, leadership, and operations, Francis is known for his strategic perspective, disciplined execution, and unwavering sense of responsibility.
