Francis is an entrepreneur, executive leader, and community-focused professional dedicated to service, workforce development, and meaningful community impact. As the Founder and Director of Zion Healing Academy, Zion Vocational Rehab, Personal Care Agency, Weah Agency Financial and Tax Services and other developing ventures, he leads with a strong commitment to excellence, empowerment, and purposeful growth.

He brings extensive experience in financial services, training, coaching, recruiting, business development, and operations. His background includes working with diverse clients, helping them build professional skills, strengthen workplace readiness, and prepare for opportunities in banking, financial services, customer service, and related career fields.

Through Zion Vocational Rehab, Francis is committed to helping individuals identify their strengths, gain confidence, and access meaningful employment opportunities that support long-term success and independence.
