Pay Rate: $30–$40 per hour (DOE) 

 
POSITION OVERVIEW 
The Registered Nurse provides clinical oversight, assessments, and training for HCBS/DSPD and PCA programs. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments. 
- Develop support plans, health protocols, and treatment guidance. 
- Train staff on health, safety, infection control, and emergency procedures. 
- Oversee documentation, incident reports, and compliance. 
- Coordinate with families, case managers, and healthcare professionals. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS 
- Active Utah RN license required. 
- Experience in disability services or home health preferred. 
- Ability to train and supervise staff. 
- Strong organizational and documentation skills. 
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
