Pay Rate: $17–$22 per hour (DOE) 

 
POSITION OVERVIEW 
The Job Coach provides individualized employment support to people with disabilities receiving DSPD/HCBS services or Utah VR services. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Provide on-site job training, cueing, modeling, and task breakdown. 
- Assist clients in learning workplace expectations and building soft skills. 
- Support transportation training and job orientation. 
- Document service notes, monthly reports, and VR milestones. 
- Coordinate with employers, support coordinators, and VR counselors. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS 
- High School Diploma required; degree preferred. 
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred. 
- Strong communication and professionalism. 
- Reliable transportation. 
- Pass background screening.
